When you submit an enquiry, request for our services, if you need to process a calculation or if you subscribe to our advice and tips or other type of newsletter, you always transmit to Truhlárna, s.r.o. some of your personal data. Furthermore, when using the web interface www.truhlarna.com, additional data is collected, stored and processed, to which Truhlárna, s.r.o. has access. As we inform you when providing them, by doing so and using the web interface, you consent to the processing and collection of your personal data to the extent set out below and for the purposes set out below, in most cases up to the time of expressing your objection to such processing.

You have the right to access your personal data that we process about you and the right to information about their processing (information about the purpose of the processing, what data we process about you, information about the sources of this data, information about the possible recipients of the data). This information will be provided to you without undue delay upon request, as well as confirmation of whether we process any personal data about you.
Furthermore, you have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data or erasure of personal data, or to object to the processing of personal data. Upon your written request, we will delete your personal data from the database. A request for erasure of personal data should be based on one of the grounds set out in Article 17 (1) of the Regulation. Until we decide on your request for rectification or erasure of personal data, you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of the data concerned.
If we process personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. If you withdraw it, this does not affect the legitimacy of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent.

- request that we or the processor remove the status that has arisen in this way. In particular, it may involve blocking, correcting, supplementing or destroying personal data;
- lodge a complaint against such processing with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
When protecting your personal data, we will serve you as much as possible. However, if you are not satisfied with the processing, you have the right to contact the competent authorities, in particular the Office for Personal Data Protection. This does not affect your right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection directly with your complaint.
For the provision of information about the processing of personal data, we may request reasonable reimbursement not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information.

4.1 Google Services, List and Cookies

Furthermore, our company uses the services of Seznam.cz, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as “Seznam”) which enable visitors to the web interface www.truhlarna.com show our ads on the Seznam advertising network.
