Truhlárna, s.r.o. is the controller of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”). 2. Protection of personal data

When you submit an enquiry, request for our services, if you need to process a calculation or if you subscribe to our advice and tips or other type of newsletter, you always transmit to Truhlárna, s.r.o. some of your personal data. Furthermore, when using the web interface www.truhlarna.com, additional data is collected, stored and processed, to which Truhlárna, s.r.o. has access. As we inform you when providing them, by doing so and using the web interface, you consent to the processing and collection of your personal data to the extent set out below and for the purposes set out below, in most cases up to the time of expressing your objection to such processing.

We must always have a proper legal basis for processing your personal data. In the case of registering to receive our advice and tips, submitting a query, requesting services or requesting the processing of calculations, such legal basis is your consent to the processing of your data. In the case of the provision of data when ordering our services, i.e. when concluding a contract, this legal basis is the fact that we need the data for the conclusion of the contract and the fulfillment of the obligations arising from it.

Another legal basis for processing certain data is our legitimate interest in processing them. This is usually the processing of data obtained during the performance of contracts or from users who have given their consent to such processing. Our legitimate interest is, for example, the development of our business activities, maintaining contact with existing customers or those interested in our services and, last but not least, the promotion of our services.

2.1 What is personal and other data
Personal data is data that you voluntarily provide to us as part of completing an order, enquiry, enquiry or registration to receive our advice and tips. Personal data means any information that identifies or may identify a specific person. Personal data are, in particular, but not exclusively, first and last name, e-mail address, home address or telephone number, if these data alone or in combination with other data enable the identification of a particular person.

2.3 How do we manage and process your personal data?
Personal data are processed only for the duration of the purpose for which they are processed and for which the legal basis for their processing is given. For example, if you transfer personal data to us when concluding a contract for our services, we will process it for the duration of the performance of the contract in question and then for the period when it takes our legitimate interest to keep records of business cases and promote our services.

In the case of processing the data provided when filling in the form on the web interface www.truhlarna.com, where you consent to the processing of personal data, we will keep these until you withdraw your consent or otherwise indicate to us that you no longer wish such processing of your data. Until then, they will be processed in order to answer your inquiry or provide the requested service.

3. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to access your personal data that we process about you and the right to information about their processing (information about the purpose of the processing, what data we process about you, information about the sources of this data, information about the possible recipients of the data). This information will be provided to you without undue delay upon request, as well as confirmation of whether we process any personal data about you.

Furthermore, you have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data or erasure of personal data, or to object to the processing of personal data. Upon your written request, we will delete your personal data from the database. A request for erasure of personal data should be based on one of the grounds set out in Article 17 (1) of the Regulation. Until we decide on your request for rectification or erasure of personal data, you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of the data concerned.

If we process personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. If you withdraw it, this does not affect the legitimacy of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent.

In the event that we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest in processing it, you have the right to object to such processing and we will not process your data until we prove serious legitimate grounds for processing it. If our legitimate interest is direct marketing, the objection will mean, without further ado, the termination of the processing of personal data for this purpose.

If you believe that our company or the personal data processor authorised by us is processing your personal data that is contrary to the law, you may:

- ask us or the processor for an explanation;
- request that we or the processor remove the status that has arisen in this way. In particular, it may involve blocking, correcting, supplementing or destroying personal data;
- lodge a complaint against such processing with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

When protecting your personal data, we will serve you as much as possible. However, if you are not satisfied with the processing, you have the right to contact the competent authorities, in particular the Office for Personal Data Protection. This does not affect your right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection directly with your complaint.

For the provision of information about the processing of personal data, we may request reasonable reimbursement not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information.

Supervision of personal data protection is carried out by the Office for Personal Data Protection (http://www.uoou.cz).

4. Processing of other data from the web interface www.truhlarna.com

4.1 Google Services, List and Cookies
The www.truhlarna.com web interface uses so-called “cookies” for its operation and also uses Google Analytics and, where appropriate, other services provided by Google, Inc. (hereinafter “Google”). Furthermore, our company uses the services of Seznam.cz, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as “Seznam”) which enable visitors to the web interface www.truhlarna.com show our ads on the Seznam advertising network. Cookies are also used in connection with the use of other services by Google and Seznam.

Data that we obtain automatically in connection with the use of the web interface www.truhlarna.com, are the IP address, the type of browser, device and operating system, the time and number of accesses to the web interface, the information obtained by cookies and other similar information.

4.2 What are cookies and how do you consent to their use?

To better target and personalize Internet advertising, we use services such as Slick from Seznam.cz, Google Ads from Google, and possibly others. For you, this means that when you browse the Internet, you are shown advertising for products that you have shown interest in in the past, for example, by visiting our website. These services, based on information from cookies, use information about your movement on the website for the purposes described above. If you do not want this information to be used for these purposes, you must configure your internet browser accordingly — see section 4.3.
