Quality starts with design. We balance from the beginning of the quantity: a) design x b) material possibilities x c) production possibilities x d) price. These quantities go against each other for the most part. If we receive an assignment from designers or architects, usually only the design is solved, but the other three parameters are lagging behind.

Quality is in proper production documentation. We use the highest quality and also the most expensive software from IMOS AG and deal with all the details before production. We agree on storage heights and widths in millimeters. We eliminate possible collisions of fittings, prepare cutouts for electrical outlets, prepare wiring for LEDs. We are able to produce a spare part for each element.

Quality is in the correct transmission of information. Our software generates production data from the 3D model, which fits exactly with the agreed design to the last shelf support. The data is directly uploaded to the machines, and the machines process the parts with an accuracy of tenths of a millimeter. No manual adjustment, or manual input.

Quality is made by quality machines. We use German machines up to five years of age. All sizes adjust servomotors. The cuts are precise and not chipped. The quality of edge gluing is second to none. The CNC machine retrieves data from the barcode on the part and does the machining to tenths of a millimeter.

Quality will be ensured by quality workers. You will be attended to by college-educated people in the preparation of the production. In production we have very high quality joiners with long experience. They have been in the company for a long time and therefore have experience with years of fine-tuned company process.

The quality is in honesty. We also deal with difficult to see details. We have edges near the walls, above the plinth in the kitchen, if you want to sit near our kitchen. When you open the drawer under the sink, you will not see the chipped pieces. We have perfectly cleaned plinths vis-à-vis the construction.

Together with you, we will go through the assignment in detail, create a design that includes the arrangement of furniture and the selection of materials. Next, we will prepare an offer with a detailed description of the included items. This part is free.
After approval of the offer, we will issue an advance invoice for approx. 10% of the value of the work. After its payment, we reserve the production time for you.
We process the 3D visualization and together optimize the layout, shapes and interior layout and furnishing of furniture. Each individual piece of furniture has its own drawing, and you can access the documentation.
After the approval of the production documentation, we send the data to our production and issue an invoice for approx. 60%.
We install the furniture, clean it and hand it over for use. After installation, we invoice the rest of the work.

of veneered materials,
from solid wood,
from varnished materials in varying degrees of gloss and matte,

We can process worktops (roughly ascending in price):

from laminated boards 38mm thick
from compact plates 12mm thick,
made of natural stone,
of artificial stones, e.g. Technistone,
from ceramics

We can supply and install appliances from most manufacturers, with the fact that we most often use manufacturers such as AEG, Bosch, Siemens and Miele. Refrigeration is preferred by Liebherr. Lovers of extreme quality and world design can choose from the brands Bora, Gaggenau and Novy.

Unikátní způsob přípravy výroby. Investovali jsme do software od firmy IMOS AG za půl milionu korun, což je nejkvalitnější software v oboru. Vzniká tak 3D vizualizace interiéru a zároveň vidíme vnitřní vybavení a jeho případné kolize, které vyřešíme rovnou v počítači.

Přenos dat do výroby se všemi detaily. Náš software zpracuje výrobní data přímo z 3D modelu, který si se zákazníkem odsouhlasíme (plný CAD/CAM). U běžných software končí proces výkresy, které se pošlou na dílnu a truhláři si pak řeší detaily podle svého úsudku.

Unikátní kód každého dílce. Každý vyrobený dílec je označenštítkem s výrobními údaji a čárovým kódem. Na CNC čárovýkód načteme a zpracování probíhá strojově s přesnostmi vdesetinách mm.

Technický přístup k řešení nábytku. Diplom z Fakulty strojní ČVUT “odsoudil” Petra Šilhánka, majitele Truhlárny, s. r. o., k řešení návazností a detailů, které netrénované oko nevidí. Od externích projektantů řešíme trvale kolize komponentů, neexistující materiály, větrání lednice atd.

Pouze to nejmodernější a nejlepší vybavení od lídrů na trhu. Jelikož je Petr Šilhánek maximalista, používá pouze německé stroje od lídrů ve svém oboru. To nám umožňuje vyrábět kvalitnější detaily a cílíme vždy na perfektní provedení. Šrouby používáme výhradně Würth a Fisher.

I naše postupy jsou německé. Dostanete tak německou kvalitu za české ceny.

10.

Přesně přizpůsobený nábytek rozměrům stavby. Stavbu si přesně zaměříme s měřidly se mimořádnou přesností a vyrábíme na míru každý komponent.

Šikovní spolupracovníci. Kolegové na dílně mají letité zkušenosti z truhlářského oboru. Přes naše výběrové řízení se dostane jeden z deseti uchazečů. V přípravě výroby to je dokonce 1 ze 220 :-).

Zakázku a montáž zpracovává stejná parta. Nepoužíváme externí montéry, kteří vyráží montovat zakázky, o kterých nic předem neví. Neztrácí se tak dohodnuté detaily v přípravě výroby.
